Renew laptops are not second-hand devices. They are factory-new machines sold only without their original box or manual. Manuals and drivers can always be downloaded for free from the manufacturer's official website.
Fully re-inspected by the manufacturer
Each device undergoes a thorough re-inspection by the manufacturer itself: a complete hardware test of all components. It is then repackaged by the manufacturer and shipped to our warehouses.
Second check in our workshop
Before shipping, our technical team checks each device a second time. You receive a machine that is fully operational and meets our quality standards.
Full manufacturer's warranty retained
The manufacturer's original warranty remains fully in force. Check the product page for the exact warranty period per model. At SmartLaptops, a minimum of 2 years' warranty also applies to every device.
Up to 30 to 40% cheaper
Because the packaging is missing or was damaged, Renew devices are offered at heavily reduced prices — up to 30 to 40% below current market value. The same quality, a fraction of the price.
